Anat Schaper has been honoured with the Outstanding Presentation Award at this years’s European Navigation Conference (ENC) for her presentation on "Improved Urban Navigation for Autonomous Driving – A Collaborative Multi-Agent Multi-Sensor RTK Approach".

Autonomous vehicles require precise positioning data. Satellite-based positioning with GNSS (such as GPS) or individual sensors are not sufficient for this. For this reason, Anat Schaper is investigating positioning via a multi-vechicle network in her doctoral project as part of RTG 2159 "Integrity and Collaboration in Dynamic Sensor Networks (i.c.sens)".
