Real Estate Economics III

The students deepen their knowledge of current real estate management topics. Therefore, contemporary issues from different areas of real estate economics will be presented. External lecturers are going to present current topics of real estate economics. Students are getting a chance to do a market value appraisal by their own (in groups). After attending the course, the students gained further knowledge of current topics related to real estate economics.

The content focusses is on contemporary issues of real estate economics, particularly the real estate appraisal. External lecturers are presenting current topics from different parts of real estate economics: Present aspects, market transparency, market value appraisal, statistics and regressionmodels.
