If you are interested in studying engineering, geoscience or computer science, then the Geodesy and Geoinformatics programme is just right for you. You will learn how to accurately collect and digitally process spatial data and use it for a wide range of applications, such as navigation systems, monitoring enviromental changes , and map creation.

After successfully completing this engineering degree programme, you will have excellent career prospects, especially in view of advancing digitalisation. The Geodetic Institute uses state-of-the-art technologies and methods in its research, including open data, machine learning and UAV systems. Under the heading ‘Research’, you will find an overview of the institute's current and completed research projects. During your studies, you will also have the opportunity to work directly on exciting research topics as a student assistant.
